What is the conference hall capacity?
The air-conditioned hall seats up to 150 in theatre style, 90 in cluster, 80 in classroom, 45 in U-shape and 40 in boardroom format. Cocktail receptions accommodate up to 200. Exact capacity is confirmed on enquiry based on stage and AV footprint.
How many rooms are available, and can we book the whole property?
44 rooms and suites across nine categories - up to 90 guests on twin-sharing. Exclusive-use buyouts of the full property are available for annual meets, dealer conferences and leadership retreats, with branding rights across the property.
How is a corporate offsite priced, and what is included?
Proposals are priced per person, per night and include accommodation, all meals on buffet, the conference hall with AV, tea-coffee breaks, writing pads and mineral water. Facilitated team building, bonfire with live music, guided activities and spa add-ons are built in around your agenda. Rates are shared in a costed proposal within 24 working hours, exclusive of GST.
How far is Mukteshwar from Delhi NCR, and do you arrange transport?
Roughly 320 km - about 8 hours by road. Coaches, tempo travellers and cars are arranged from Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad, as are transfers from Kathgodam railway station (65 km) and Pantnagar Airport (100 km).
Will we receive a GST invoice in the company's name?
Yes. GST applies at prevailing rates and is billed separately. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued in your company's name against the GSTIN you provide, so input tax credit can be claimed where eligible.
How far in advance should we book, and can we visit first?
For groups of 40 or more, 6 to 8 weeks is comfortable; peak months (April–June, October–November, December) should be blocked about 3 months ahead. Site visits are arranged for groups of 40+, and remote teams receive a floor plan pack, video walkthrough and past event photos.
